I decided to write this website in this format because many people do not understand the internet and the way websites work yet may need them for their business.

Many years ago whilst retraining after injury I discovered how frightening it was to come face to face with new technology for the first time, that technology was computers.

Later as an IT teacher I met many students in evening class trying to retrain who excelled at their current occupation.

Some were women trying to get back into the work force or retirees trying to keep up with their grand children. Many were trades people who had been retrenched and trying to train and improve their job prospects or trying to come to grips with the new computer technologies now essential for their business.

Most of them shared the same fear, lack of computer skills and knowledge.
