General WorkAgreement

1. The purchase of an Absolutely Stylish website includes:

• Initial development meeting
• Development of Navigation System/s
• Research of key words and phrases
• Colour schemes and appearance.
• Creation of an xml site map and robots text file (search engine direction).
• Publication of the website
• Submission to Google, Yahoo and nine MSN.
• Initial optimisation prior to publication.

2. Search Engine Optimisation - SEO

All websites require Optimisation to attain good rankings, which will improve the websites position in generic searches. Optimisation should be an ongoing process to maintain a high ranking position in the early stages of the websites life.

The Optimisation & Promotion package will be paid for prior to commencement of the work on the website.

3. Banner / appearance

The development of the banner and appearance of the website is time consuming and along with the navigation systems is a very important feature of a website. Initially the purpose of the banner and websites appearance is to attract and hold the potential customer on the Home page long enough for them to start browsing.

Creation of a banner if required will be charged for by Absolutely Stylish.

4. General

All website design and optimisation commissions placed with Absolutely Stylish shall only be accepted subject to these terms and conditions and Absolutely Stylish may at any time and from time to time alter these terms and conditions and such altered terms and conditions shall apply after notification by Absolutely Stylish to the client.

• Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days
• If a client cancels or alters any order or part order at any time after Absolutely Stylish has received the commission then Absolutely Stylishreserves the right to render additional costs to the date of such cancellation or alteration.
• It is the clients' responsibility to supply photographs and information for the creation of the website.

Absolutely Stylish reserves the right to cancel the project or render additional costs for these services if not met by the client.

5. Terms of Payment

The client shall make payment within the following terms:

• On commencement to initiate the project;
• The balance of the website design costs and the full payment for optimisation to be paid prior to website publication;
• All other work at the time of publication;
• Payments to: Community First Credit Union Ltd, cash or bank cheque to Absolutely Stylish

6. Copyright and Ownership

All ideas, designs, concepts, artwork, compositions, symbols, logos or other trade materials prepared or developed by Absolutely Stylish shall be the absolute property of Absolutely Stylish and the client shall not use such material in any media until payment is made by the client to Absolutely Stylish.

7. SEO - Maintenance Contracts

The client agrees to pay any fees for website maintenance on completion of the work and prior to publication. Work will not be published until payment is made.

Should the client wish to break this contract and take their SEO and or website maintenance elsewhere, they will be required to pay the full amount for any work undertaken before any files will be transferred to their ownership.

8. Updates

• The addition of content, graphics and photographs which require changes to page layout and navigation systems to accommodate the client’s change of product or services are regarded as updates and will be charged appropriately.
• Page content refers to text, keywords and links only.
• A charge is made based on an hourly rate or agreement.
• Unless otherwise quoted or negotiated, projects include one author's revision.
• Following one revision per project, an additional hourly fee will be charged.
• We will advise you and seek your agreement before proceeding with any work that will incur additional charges.

9. Project Duration and Client Response Time

• The client agrees to provide timely responses to Absolutely Stylish after receiving status notifications, work for review or requests for information.
• The client shall have 30 days to respond to each draft / request for information submitted.
• If the client has failed to respond after 30 days, Absolutely Stylish will deem the project complete.

At such time, Absolutely Stylish shall have no further obligation to the client, and the client shall pay Absolutely Stylish all fees and expenses associated with the work performed.
